Art that hit close to home

Jason wasn't able to make it the show this week, but he suggested Arif and I talk about Art that hit close to home, an article written by the The A.V. Club Staff regarding the ability of certain works of art to speak to us on a personal level. High Fidelity ends up being discussed quite a bit.

On the show, I discussed Real Genius and Ferris Bueller's Day Off, but there are a few other films that had a lasting impact on me:

The Last Starfighter

War Games

The Journey of Natty Gann

Summer School

The Neverending Story
