Public Q&A with PSE Commisssioners: Saint John Delta, Sept 17th

Over 300 people packed into the Mezzanine at the Saint John Delta for a public Q&A with the PSE commissioners, Dr Miner and Mr. L'Ecuyer. They were greeted with boos.


March to Ed Doherty's Office: Sept. 17th

Following the rally in King Square, UNBSJ supporters marched through the downtown to Ed Doherty's office. Dr Doherty is the minister of Post Secondary Education, Training and Labour.


Rally for UNBSJ: King Square Sept. 17th

On September 17th 2007, the Student Representative Council held a public demonstration in King Square to voice their concerns of the Post Secondary Commission's Report. The Saint John Police Department estimated a crowd of 1500-1700. Traditionally, police have been known to count conservatively. Many people felt attendance was closer to 2000.

Debut: Rally in support of UNBSJ

Culture Hub will make its debut with coverage of the rally in support of University of New Brunswick staying in Saint John. This peaceful protest takes place Monday September 17th at 1:00PM in King Square.
